What is this opportunity?
We are seeking a dynamic FP&A Business Partner to help build out our FP&A function. In this role, you will collaborate with Accounting, Business Intelligence, and GTM teams to ensure alignment with long-term financial strategies and provide insights to leadership. You will report directly to the VP of Finance, playing a key role in shaping business decisions and supporting cross-functional objectives.

As the FP&A Business Partner, you will:

• Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Partner with teams across the organization to align financial processes with strategic goals.
• Oversee forecasting and deliver data-driven reports to stakeholders.
• Drive strategic initiatives such as pricing and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the BI team to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate data.
• Lead financial projects and ad-hoc analyses, improving processes and creating value.
• Provide insights to senior leadership for long-term strategies and key presentations.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 5+ years in an FP&A or finance role, ideally in SaaS.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools like Salesforce.
• Proven ability to drive financial projects to completion and influence outcomes.
