Responsibilities:
- Monitor clients’ systems, working with the most interesting technology in the industry
- Handle Tier-1 tasks and escalate when needed according to the company procedures
- Perform operations when needed to try and resolve incidents as soon as possible
- Work closely with Technical Customer Support teams to solve complex incidents
- Assess and prioritize faults and respond and escalate accordingly
- Provide initial response and handling Tier-1 tasks for the company’s clients.
- Ready to work in different shifts time (Day and Afternoon shifts)
- Strong webint osint skills
- Basic knowledge of Linux and networking
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to work under pressure, and towards multiple objectives at one time
- Great communication skills
- Experience working with one of the following: Jira/ticket system, Kubernetes - An advantage
- High level communication and ability to persuade
- Ability to travel abroad 20%
- Additional languages - an advantage
