Position Overview

As a Conversation Designer at Intuition Robotics, you will shape the personality and conversation style of ElliQ, our innovative robot designed specifically for older adults. You will take charge of the conversation design process for various features, including ideation, scripting, and leveraging advanced language models to facilitate natural, open-ended interactions. Collaborating with our UX & Product Design team, product managers, and R&D specialists, you will help create immersive, multi-modal experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Conversational Experiences: Ideate, design, and script engaging conversational interactions for human-robotic communication.
• Character Development: Expand and refine ElliQ’s unique character to enhance its expressiveness and relatability.
• Leverage LLM Technologies: Utilize the latest advancements in language models to craft natural and meaningful conversations.
• User Research: Conduct research on real user experiences and interactions to inform and refine your designs.
  
  

• Experience: Understanding digital content design, UX writing, or content strategy. This position is relevant for students and graduates.
• Language Proficiency: Native English speaker - a must.
• Digital Excellence: Proven ability to define, socialize, test, iterate, and deliver exceptional digital experiences.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  

• Background in conversational design or VUI design.
• Experience as a UX designer - an advantage.
• Familiarity with conversational design tools such as Dialogflow, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
• Educational background in writing, design, cinema, linguistics, or a related field.
