Global Demurrage Manager

We are looking for a Global Demurrage Manager that will manage the Demurrage global policy, improve the company results and processes.

Major Areas Of Responsibilities

Manage Global Policy

• Enforce the company policy and implement changes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
• Manage and improve interfaces that are relevant to the countries/ BUs and settle conflicts
• Ensure compliance שwith local regulations
  
  

• Manage and develop the SAP demurrage system (reports, processes, control) and ensure knowledge sharing with countries and BUs
  
  

• Manage the budget process with the BUs and countries
• Budget control
• Manage forecasts process
  
  

• Academic education: Bachelor’s degree holder in Economics/ Business management/ Industrial management engineering. MBA- Advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience
• Proven experience in economic or analytical position
• Managerial experience – advantage
• Experience with systems and tools development
• Experience in a global company or a consulting company
• Experience with management of cross company projects and processes
• Experience with matrix management
• High level of control in English language (Speaking, reading and writing). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
