Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic and growing Risk and Fraud team at our company in Petah Tikva.

The role is for a year, with the option of extension.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing advanced data solutions to help us identify and combat fraud. You will work closely with a team of 9 professionals and provide support to Fraud Policy Analysts and Data Scientists

Responsibilities

• Develop a Data Mart to manage risk and fraud data
• Analyze data to determine whether new customers are legitimate
• Build graphs to identify untrusted users of our product
• Score users based on their risk levels
• Develop predictive models to identify fraudulent behavior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering and Management - Required
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer - Required
• Full command of SQL for complex queries - Required
• Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS preferred) - Required
• Knowledge of SPARK - Required
• Experience with PYTHON, SHALLSCRIPT, DATABRICKS, ATHENA, and PRESTO - Advantage
• Deep understanding of Dimensional modeling
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
