Now hiring: Senior Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager for a key role within our organization.

In this position, you will lead complex technical projects in the pharmaceutical field,

with a focus on a strategic project involving the establishment of a new filling line and the development of supporting engineering infrastructure.

The role requires working with internal interfaces, collaborating with external companies, managing discussions and decisions with senior management, and overseeing a significant financial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Definition and Planning: Actively participate in defining objectives and planning engineering and/or technical projects, including feasibility assessments and decision-making in a dynamic and changing environment.
2. Project Management and Execution: End to End responsibility for managing and executing projects, including adhering to budgets, managing timelines, ensuring quality standards, overseeing operations, and working with procurement and steering committees.
3. Communication with Senior Management: Present projects to senior management, manage technical discussions, and lead decision-making processes.
4. Technical Documentation: Contribute to the preparation of technical documents including User Requirements Specifications (URS), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Change Control (CC), and Design Qualification (DQ), in collaboration with engineering teams and external experts.

Requirements:

1. Education: bachelor's degree in engineering in fields such as Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemistry, or Biotechnology.
2. A master's degree in business Administration is an advantage.
3. Professional Experience:

• Significant experience in managing large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical industry – required.
• Experience in managing complex budgets and leading decision-making processes – required.
• Experience managing projects in cleanroom environments and in aseptic filling – a significant advantage.

1. Additional Skills:

• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical company processes and regulatory requirements, with an emphasis on GMP principles.
• Excellent project management skills, including change management, working with multiple stakeholders, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with strong operational and budget management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, high presentation capabilities, and the ability to drive and engage stakeholders without direct authority.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English – required.

1. הגדרה ותכנון פרויקטים: השתתפות פעילה בהגדרת מטרות ותכנון של פרויקטים הנדסיים ו/או טכניים, כולל בחינת כדאיות וקבלת החלטות בסביבה דינמית ומשתנה.
2. ניהול וביצוע פרויקטים: אחריות כוללת על ניהול וביצוע הפרויקטים, לרבות עמידה בתקציב, ניהול לוחות זמנים, שמירה על סטנדרטים של איכות, ניהול האופרציה ועמידה מול ועדות רכש והיגוי.
3. תקשורת עם הנהלה בכירה: הצגת הפרויקטים להנהלה הבכירה, ניהול דיונים מקצועיים, והובלת תהליכי קבלת החלטות.
4. כתיבת מסמכים טכניים: השתתפות בכתיבת מסמכי הגדרה (URS), התקנה (IQ), תפעול (OQ), בקרת שינויים (CC) ותכנון (DQ), בשיתוף עם צוותי הנדסה ומומחים חיצוניים.

דרישות התפקיד:

1. השכלה: תואר ראשון בהנדסה בתחומים כמו מכונות, ביו-רפואה, כימיה או ביוטכנולוגיה.
2. תואר שני במנהל עסקים – יתרון.

• ניסיון משמעותי בניהול פרויקטים רחבי היקף בתעשייה הפרמצבטית– חובה.
• ניסיון בניהול תקציבים מורכבים ובהובלת תהליכי קבלת החלטות - חובה.
• ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים בסביבת חדרים נקיים, ניסיון בעולמות המילוי האספטי – יתרון משמעותי.

1. כישורים נוספים:

• הבנה מעמיקה בתהליכי עבודה בחברות פרמצבטיות ודרישות רגולטוריות, עם דגש על עקרונות GMP.
• כישורי ניהול פרויקטים מצוינים, כולל ניהול תהליכי שינוי, עבודה מול גורמים רבים ויכולת פתרון בעיות.
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית עם כישורי ניהול אופרציה ותקציבים.
• כישורי תקשורת בין-אישית מעולים, יכולת הצגה גבוהה, הנעה ורתימה של ממשקים ללא סמכות.
• שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית – חובה.
