We are looking for a Technical Product Success Engineer who is passionate about computer networking, working with customers, and driving success.
You will work directly with R&D managers in charge of leading security products, and act as their product technical expert.
You will be part of a leading security product of the leading vendor in the Cyber Security industry.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be required to master all product aspects- customer-related, such as controlling production customer status, prospects, trends, lead campaigns, and more.
- Act as the focal point for all technical stakeholders, such as pre-sale POC and EA, post-sale support, sales, professional services, and more.
- Facilitate continuous knowledge transfer with above mentioned parties, lead training, and lead product demonstrations – internally and customer-facing.
- Generate periodic product reports, indicating overall customer-facing matters.
- Influence product roadmap and take an active role with product characterization.
Qualifications
- +4 years of experience in Customer Success / Technical Support / Professional Service or similar technical roles.
- Computer Networking savvy – strong theory and hands-on.
- Cloud services knowledge and hands on.
- Knowledge and experience with databases and BI/monitoring tools such as Power BI, Grafana.
- Problem solver.
- Natural “Can Do” approach.
- Passion for constant self-challenge, learning, and development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written capabilities in English.
