Software Engineer Team Lead

A global defensive cybersecurity company developing a complex AI-based platform for protecting digital brands and removing online threats. The company has paying customers and is also publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange.

Located in the Sharon area, with one day of remote work per week and a team of around 80 employees.

The role involves managing a team of two developers, reporting to the Head of Development, with 80% hands-on work. Development is 100% in C#, using AWS, Microservices, and more.

Requirements-

• 6 years of experience in development, Mandatory.
• 2 years of team management experience (managing small teams, not directors, CTOs, or founders), Mandatory.
• 3 years of recent hands-on experience with C# (WEB) development, Mandatory.
• Experience working with AWS, Mandatory.
