We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team and lead the UX and UI design for key areas of our product. We are dreaming of an amazing human being who will inspire us - someone who is curious, optimistic, collaborative, empathetic, flexible, and creative. We'd love to work with a designer who loves design but is not in love with their own designs, and who is passionate about making users' lives smoother. What You Will Be Doing:

• Design end-to-end solutions, from UX concepts to detailed designs, for various product areas.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and UX researchers to synthesize requirements, translating them into elegant design solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the smooth and accurate execution of designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure speed and consistency across the product.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the organization, positioning the UX and design team as central to the process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on complex solutions for professional users - must.
• Proven experience designing for both web and mobile applications - must.
• Experience working in SaaS startups, with global cross-functional teams - must.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma/Miro - must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English - must.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user interviews - advantage.
• Self-driven, team player, and passionate about design.
• Experience in construction tech or companies with AI operations - advantage.
