Junior Media Buyer

Three Spring Group is home to four leading digital marketing brands and a range of proprietary technology solutions. We’re looking for a data-driven and analytical team player to join our media team and help drive successful mobile advertising campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about data and analytics who wants to dive into the world of media buying.

Responsibilities:

• Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
• Analyze campaigns against KPIs and optimize to improve performance and deliver scalable results.
• Experiment with new strategies, learning from success and failures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and vendors to ensure competitive pricing, exclusive placements, and ongoing performance improvements.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify the best media channels, platforms, and partners for campaign execution.
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) to ensure profitable campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media channels, and best practices to drive innovation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong analytical mind with high proficiency in Excel.
• Can-do attitude and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and time management, especially in dynamic environments.
• Ability to prioritize workloads, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a focus on accuracy and results.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and ability to handle and interpret data.
• Adaptability, initiative, and a flexible attitude.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Data Science- an advantage
