System Analyst/Project Manager

• Writing Functional and Technical Specification Documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization of existing systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or Project Manager in a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
