Structural Engineer Team Lead

We seek an experienced Structural Engineer Team Lead to join our dynamic organization. This role involves working on existing projects and being part of our R&D team in developing new products. The ideal candidate will have a strong structural or civil engineering background, with a preference for bridge inspection experience.

Digital Inspection:

• Conduct digital inspections of civil infrastructure using Rapida Software.
• Analyze and interpret inspection data to ensure structural integrity and safety.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a small team of data annotators.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with R&D, product, and business departments to develop new solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing products and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English; Hebrew and Russian language skills are advantageous.
• Experience with bridge inspection or an assistant role is preferred.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and CAD software is desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with digital inspection technologies and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
