Responsibilities

- Manage in-game operations using our proprietary back-end system, including setting up promotions, controlling features, and implementing pricing configurations

- Oversee in-game communications, such as configuring game features and promotions

- Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve operational systems

- Conduct thorough testing of activities and features before production release

- Foster strong cross-unit collaboration within the studio

- Work closely with R&D and back-office development teams

- Serve as a focal point for Operations in feature development processes

- Perform comprehensive QA testing to ensure correct deployment of all features and configurations implemented by the Monetization team

Requirements

- Advanced Excel proficiency

- Experience with project management software (we use Asana)

- Basic SQL knowledge

- Experience working with JSON files in admin Backoffice systems

- Ability to prepare test documentation (test cases, checklists, etc.)

- Fluent English

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in international team settings

- Tech-savvy mindset

- Customer service-oriented approach
