We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Account Manager to join our successful team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new affiliates, managing and expanding relationships with key partners, monitoring and analyzing campaigns performance, optimizing conversion rates, and implementing strategies to increase affiliate program revenue. You will play a key part in optimizing our marketing strategies and increasing the ROI of our affiliate campaigns.
You’ll join our Marketing team based in Bnei-Brak Area, Israel.
About The Role
· Identify and recruit new partners, negotiate deals, and onboard them into our program.
· Build and manage relationships with affiliates & partners, including commercial, legal, and financial, and provide ongoing resources to partners to grow their performance and ensure mutual success.
· Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
· Identify affiliate needs and tailor value propositions; accordingly, collaborating closely with internal cross-functional teams.
· Initiate promotions and customized incentives to maximize affiliate activities.
· Conduct regular audits of affiliate sites to ensure quality for the guidelines.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive strategies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements
· Fluent English - Verbal and written (Must).
· At least 2 years of experience in iGaming acquisition – Must (online casino/sports betting is advantage)
· Target-driven and sales-oriented
· Must have a winning mindset and be hunger for success, going above and beyond the boundaries to drive growth.
· A can-do attitude with the ability to quickly transition from strategy planning to execution and adjust based on performance.
· Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
