Office Administrator

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.

Responsibilities

• Office Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by managing inventory, supplies, and maintenance to ensure a seamless workflow.

• Accounting Support: Collaborate with the accounting team to handle all invoices, billings, and expense-related matters.

• Employee Experience: Lead the development and execution of our employee experience strategy. Plan and oversee various employee initiatives such as organizing happy hours, celebrating birthdays, arranging company trips, managing swag orders, and coordinating team activities.

• Onboarding: Ensure every new team member has a warm welcome and feels empowered from day one.

• Executive Support: Support C-level executives, including scheduling, travel planning, administrative tasks, and organizing team events. Manage and operate the office reception desk.

• In charge of shipments, inbound/outbound.

• Back office to sales team implementing data into CRM.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Sap
• Fluency in English
