Welfare Manager

We are looking for an experienced Welfare Manager to join a leading financial organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the welfare team, enhancing the employee experience, overseeing internal communications, and leading corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. This position requires high managerial skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the welfare team and lead it to achieve goals.

Develop and implement programs to improve employee experience and increase employee engagement.

Manage and lead internal communication activities, including publications, internal events, and training programs.

Develop and implement CSR initiatives, including community projects and support programs.

Collaborate with various departments within the organization to create a supportive and professional work environment.

Build and implement an annual work plan.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in welfare in a large organization, preferably in the financial sector.

Proven managerial experience.

Experience working with call centers and employee committees – a significant advantage.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Relevant Bachelor's degree – mandatory, Master's degree – an advantage.

Ability to motivate employees and create commitment.
