Role Description
We are looking for an exceptional full-time, on-site R&D Researcher to join our innovative team. In this role, you will drive the development and improvement of our abatement technologies, translating groundbreaking research into real-world industrial solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a pivotal role in advancing our mission of sustainable air purification.
Key Primary Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on advanced VOC abatement technologies.
Design, execute, and optimize experiments aligned with specific project goals, including reducing industrial VOC emissions.
Perform rigorous testing, data collection, and analysis to assess system performance.
Transform innovative concepts into scalable industrial solutions.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate new technologies into product pipelines.
Produce high-quality technical reports, publications, and presentations.
Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of patents, new products, and advanced processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to VOC abatement, gas separation, and emissions reduction.
Lead research initiatives on emerging areas such as Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) and gas separation processes to develop next-generation solutions.
Qualifications
Education: PhD or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Advantage experience: 3–4 years of experience in adsorption, gas separation technologies, MOFs, or industrial emissions reduction.
Strong knowledge of chemistry, materials processes, and analytical techniques.
Proficiency in relevant software, tools, or methodologies within the field.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proven track record of achievements such as publications or patents is an advantage.
