Economist

Job description:

We are looking for an operations control economist to join our food production plant in Echihud for a temporary position of 9 months.

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing financial and business reporting, performing analytical reviews of operating costs and business aspects, to support plant operations and inform management decision-making at the operational and strategic level.
• Leading a comprehensive analysis and ongoing monitoring of the plant's operation and expenses against the -previous year's budget/forecast and presenting findings at the plant's meetings.
• Collaboration in developing forecasts and goals, working with internal stakeholders to inform business and financial decision making.
• Performing various ad hoc analyzes for management to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration or accounting
• At least two years of experience in manufacturing industries
• Excellent command of Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI
