**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PMO to work closely with the National Digital Administration and unit managers within our organization. The ideal candidate will specialize in three main areas: project planning and budget management, procurement processes, and comprehensive risk management and lessons learned.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the National Digital Administration and various unit managers to ensure alignment on project objectives.

- Oversee the development and management of project work plans and budgets.

- Manage procurement processes effectively to support project goals.

- Identify and mitigate risks across projects, ensuring lessons learned are documented and shared.

- Measure and monitor performance across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation.

- Assist in the implementation of cross-organizational processes to enhance efficiency.

- Create and deliver high-level presentations to stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or a related field with coursework in system management and analysis, or completion of a technological unit in the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) - mandatory.

- Proven experience of three years or more in managing and controlling multiple cross-functional projects, preferably in a complex project environment.

- At least two years of experience in performance measurement, tracking, and controlling several projects and tasks simultaneously.

- Minimum of two years of experience in developing comprehensive work plans with a focus on tracking timelines and resource allocation.

- At least one year of experience in assisting with the implementation of cross-organizational processes.

- Strong skills in creating high-quality presentations.
