About the Opportunity

What will you be doing?

• Assist in maintaining and updating internal databases and systems related to cryptocurrency transactions and client accounts.

• Prompt processing of cryptocurrency transfers

• Engage with clients promptly, offering support and guidance on a wide range of cryptocurrency-related matters.

• Contribute to weekly reports detailing cryptocurrency activity.

Job Requirements:

• Accountability combined with meticulous attention to detail (a must).

• Flexibility to occasionally work on Fridays and holidays based on business needs (a must).

• Proficiency in MS Excel (a must).

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (a must).

• Demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adjust.

• Foundational proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Trello.
