Product Manager

About Us:

We are an adtech company specialising in the fast-growing Connected TV (CTV) space. Our product suite includes a high-performance Ad Server and a CTV Demand-Side Platform (DSP) in development, alongside internally developed dashboards for BI analytics and finance. The Role:

We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our team and work directly with our Product Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, analytical in their approach, and eager to dive deep into complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, AdOps, and account management, to execute on product vision and roadmap.
• Support the management of the Ad Server and CTV DSP by understanding system architecture and performance metrics.
• Work closely with developers to understand technical requirements and assist in translating them into clear, actionable product tasks.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs.
• Analyse data from BI dashboards and logs (Prometheus, Coralogix, Grafana) to measure performance and optimise product features.
• Assist with product documentation, including technical specs, user guides, and release notes.
• Engage with end users to gather feedback and prioritise feature requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• High level of English (written and verbal) is a MUST

• A strong analytical mindset with a passion for understanding how things work.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and nontechnical

stakeholders.

• Ability to quickly pick up and understand new technologies.

• Basic understanding of programming concepts; familiarity with Go (or any popular programming language) is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience in adtech, specifically with RTB or any ad trafficking systems (Ad Servers/SSP/DSP/Ad Exchanges).

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS), databases (PostgreSQL), and Kubernetes.

• Exposure to performance monitoring tools

• Previous coding experience
