Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

Global Dev Experts are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a successful track record in digital marketing to lead our marketing strategies in Israel and abroad and manage our dynamic marketing team. This position reports To the CEO.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan and manage the marketing strategy, both short and long-term, for the local and global market
• Manage and optimize large marketing budgets based on performance data
• Lead a team of 5 specialists (PPC, Content/Social, Graphic Designer, Website Manager, Automation)
• Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and lead generation
• Use analytics tools to monitor and refine campaign performance, providing actionable insights
• Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics and campaign performance
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
• Develop and implement organic social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms.
• Create and implement organic social media strategies to boost brand presence and engagement
• Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging content
• Serve as the point of contact for PR activities to enhance brand visibility
• Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years of PPC and Analytics.
• Proven experience managing large marketing budgets and driving successful PPC campaigns globally
• Experience managing a team
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies
• High degree of familiarity with the tech world as a market
• You think, speak and dream in English 
• Very strong writing and editing content capabilities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills
