Quality Assurance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced QA Team Leader to lead and oversee the Quality Assurance team.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team, consisting of both manual testers and automation engineers.

Define and implement QA strategy & processes for manual and automated testing.

Lead the automation framework development and optimize existing frameworks.

Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure integration of testing into the software

development lifecycle.

Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and timelines.

Main Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience

Minimum 7 years of QA experience

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience- a must.

Proven experience in testing SaaS products both manual and automation testing

Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks

Scrum/Agile experience

Experience with CI/CD pipelines- an advantage
