Business Application Implementer

We are looking for a Business Application Implementer with experience working in high-tech SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of the organization, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Overseeing the end-to-end project management process, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope. He or she must have excellent relationship and influencer skills, a strong technical background, proven communication, presentation skills, be self-motivated and eager to take the initiative, and work well in a geographically-distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business sales and marketing processes, translate them into Salesforce solutions and integrate them within the Salesforce platform.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
• Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency and scalability.
• Manage implementation processes and system integrations with Salesforce.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Manage project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SaaS product integration with Salesforce.
• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, specifically designing Salesforce-based solutions, including cross-cloud processes.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations
• Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Understanding marketing process and platforms - Big Plus
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Project Management certifications are preferred.
