About the team and role:

As a Product Manager, you'll take full ownership of our innovative mobile and web products, guiding them from inception to launch. Your expertise in building B2C mobile apps, project management, UX design, user testing, and analytics-led product development will be key to success.

What You Will Do:

• Own the product: Lead ideation, write requirements, oversee technical development, and drive the launch of new features and products.
• Champion the user: Understand customer needs and advocate for them throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Tell the story: Create compelling user experience visions with detailed wireframes and prototypes, working closely with UX/UI designers. Conduct usability tests and research studies.
• Collaborate with R&D teams: Clearly communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to the R&D team, motivating them to deliver at a fast pace.
• Work with legal and regulatory: Work with Legal and Regulatory teams to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure all procedures and product components are compliant with the health sector requirements Learn and plan for health-sector-specific requirements.
  
  

• 5+ years as a Product Manager with a proven track record in building successful mobile and web products – a must
• Experience in creating user flows, conducting user research, and testing for both B2B and B2C customers (mobile and web)
• Expertise in translating high-level concepts into actionable user flows, storyboards, workflows, and wireframes
• Experience working with user analytics, with the ability to turn data insights into product enhancements
• A strong technical background – a plus
• Experience in health-tech or regulated environments – a plus
• Organized, self-starter with a team-first mentality, willing to help teammates and share knowledge
• Cross-functional collaborator capable of managing complex projects in a timely manner
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
