Implementation Specialist

We're seeking a HR System Implementation Specialist to join our team in a company in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

-Design, implementation, testing and deployment of solutions in Oracle HCM and its modules

-Management and maintenance of human capital management systems to optimize human resources processes and improve operational efficiency

-Analyzing KPI's and providing recommendations for improvement

-Ensuring data integrity within HR systems, performing regular audits and data maintenance activities

-Provide ongoing support and training to HR teams and system users to ensure effective utilization of HR technology

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an expert in the implementation of human resources systems
• 3 years of experience working with HCM systems (HRIS)
• Experience in system analysis and process optimization
