About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our Delivery team as a Junior Cybersecurity Solutions Team Leader.

In this role, you will be supported in developing your leadership skills as you guide a small group of Professional Services Engineers in deploying and implementing innovative cybersecurity solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to manage and mentor a small team of Professional Services Engineers
• Support integration efforts and assist in new implementation initiatives
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure smooth technical integrations
• Help with testing and validation of cybersecurity solutions to meet client requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in one or more areas: technical integration, systems administration (Active Directory/Servers/VMware/Firewall), IT, or post-sales activities
• Interest in developing leadership skills; prior experience in a leadership role is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Preferred: Basic familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions (such as CyberArk, Forcepoint, or MFT solutions)
