Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in System Administration or IT.
- Experience working with Active Directory.
- Experience with servers and virtual machines.
- Ability to support cybersecurity products and troubleshoot complex technical issues (Tier 3).
- Background in working with network protocols and communication systems, including firewall management.
