We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the hiring process and help us strengthen our organization by attracting and securing the best available talent.

Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

• Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process for both Israeli and US positions, from initial kick-off with hiring managers to final offer negotiations and securing hires.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct in-depth interviews, and guide candidates through the interview process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop innovative engagement strategies and consistent processes that identify and attract the right talent for our business needs.
• Lead and enhance our candidate experience initiatives, including managing the employee referral program.
• Prepare and issue employment agreements, addressing candidate queries as needed.
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies, manage our social media presence for recruitment, and oversee our careers page.
• Continuously analyze recruitment processes and metrics to drive ongoing improvements.
  
  

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a talent acquisition.
• Proficient in English and Hebrew - a must.
• Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn recruiter etc), and ATS systems (Comeet) - an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and independent mindset with a strong initiative approach.
• Creative approach to candidate attraction and strong sourcing capabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
