GenAI ML Engineer

We're seeking a visionary and hands-on GenAI ML Engineer to join our Innovation team and to lead and shape the future of AI-driven solutions at our company. This is the first internal position of its kind at Rivery, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

In this role you will:

• Lead and drive the development of cutting-edge AI/ML implementation solutions, with a focus on generative AI technologies.
• Design and oversee the architecture of scalable AI systems that integrate seamlessly with our data platform.
• Develop and optimize conversational models that enhance user experiences across various platforms.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to continuously evolve and enhance our product offerings.
• Engage with external consultants to bring the latest industry trends and best practices to Rivery.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience and proven record in leading AI/ML projects, particularly in the generative AI space.
• Strong architectural skills with a deep understanding of AI system design.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
• Expertise in chat/conversational AI and Vector DB technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
