About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Team Leader to join our growing team. As the leader of our development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our platform architecture, driving feature development, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of developers, make a significant impact on our product, and contribute to its success.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Build the Ludeo highly scalable, microservices-based platform​
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Node.js, NestJS, and React, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Ensure the development of a robust, safe, secure, highly available, and highly scalable product
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in managing development teams.
• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience developing backend with NodeJS and microservices
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing real-life large front-end systems in React
• Experience with database architecture, designing and efficiently querying SQL & NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of production environments in AWS, K8s
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence others

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of technologies including virtualization, containers, Docker
