Responsibilities: 

• Account management – customer billing control, customer value control, customer retention, communication, etc.
• Leading the creative and design team to meet customers’ demands and deliver them the finest products while creating marketing briefs (for Social media and digital projects).
• Responsibility for achieving sales objectives and increasing the value of customer portfolios.
• Measuring, analyzing, reporting key performance measurements and formulating insights after each move and creating monthly goals presentations.
• Serving as a linking factor who manages challenges and professional concerns in the field of digital marketing and social media world.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in project management in a digital agency or marketing firm – a must!
• Passion for digital media and design – a must!
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Social Media, Journalism, Literature, or Film – a must!
• A passion for words, writing, and creative thinking, with experience in content creation for marketing and social media – a must!  
• Excellent human relations and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and motivate other employees.
• Attention to detail, while also being able to see the big picture.
