Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that supports enso’s goals, resonates with small businesses, and builds brand authority.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content yourself, including blog posts, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and videos. Generate creative ideas that captivate our audience.
• Collaborating with Freelancers & Agencies: Identify, hire, and collaborate with freelancers and agencies to expand content production capacity, ensuring high standards are met.
• SEO and Analytics: Use SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize content strategies.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with company objectives and support both customer acquisition and retention.
• Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in enso’s brand voice and tone across all content, maintaining clarity and engagement.
• Market Research: Stay on top of marketing trends, small business challenges, and customer insights to inform content and strengthen messaging.
• Ownership and Growth: Take full ownership of content initiatives with the potential to lead and scale a content team as enso grows.

This role offers a strong advantage to those with prior experience working in a marketing agency, as you’ll bring valuable insights into managing content projects, juggling multiple clients or campaigns, and understanding how to produce content that drives results.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the SaaS or small business marketing sectors. Previous marketing agency experience is a big plus.
