FP&A Analyst

As a FP&A Analyst in the FP&A team, you will:

• Own the full P&L of the company and act as the point of contact, control, and follow-up on key finance activities and KPIs.
• Be responsible for the annual budget plan and control.
• Conduct analysis to compare actual results with forecast and budget.
• Work with various departments to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Conduct various ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Optimize FP&A processes with automatization and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
• Analyze financial data and create reports for management.
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate effectively to enable data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience as an FP&A Analyst from global companies with high growth.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-learn, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• English proficiency.
• Proficient with Excel, g-suite\google sheets.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud activity monitoring.
• Familiarity with the blockchain industry.
• Knowledge in Priority systems.
