About the role:

In this role, you'll be part of the design team within our marketing department, working closely with marketers and stakeholders to boost user acquisition and position Connecteam as a market leader in the category of employee management software. Your day-to-day will involve solving complex design challenges, creating visually compelling ads, landing pages, and other assets that align with business goals. You'll help shape the marketing funnel from concept to execution, managing everything from initial idea generation to data tracking and optimization. This role plays a key part in elevating our brand and achieving growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Build from ideation to execution performance-driven marketing assets that address the target audience, engage potential users, and drive user acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with
• Develop compelling, strategic design concepts and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
• Take creative ownership of landing pages, designing pixel-perfect, innovative, and user-friendly layouts that enhance user experience and conversions
• Design optimized UI/UX for mobile experiences
• Work closely with the acquisition team, tracking and optimizing KPIs for success, and applying data-driven insights to improve future campaigns
• Translate product functionality and technical details into visually appealing, communicative designs
  
  

• Degree in Visual Communication – Must
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing innovative concepts for impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels – Must
• A strong online portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns and solid graphic design principles –Must
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma – Must
• Strong typography, composition skills, and attention to detail
• Real passion for design, marketing, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with marketing metrics and KPIs – Must
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Real passion for design and marketing
• Excel in translating complex strategies into impactful visuals
• A deep understanding of marketing processes across various channels
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a positive, "can-do" attitude
• Skilled in communicating complex concepts through simplified visuals
• Experience in supporting multiple marketing channels at scale
• Ability to translate static designs into motion using Premier / After Effects– A plus
