Electronic Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Lab Manager to join our team. As a Research Lab Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of researchers in the development of cutting-edge hardware, electronic boards, and components. You will also be responsible for managing the lab's resources and ensuring that all research projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a research lab focused on hardware, electronic boards, and components
• Lead and manage a team of researchers
• Develop and implement research plans
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lab
• Ensure that all research projects are completed on time and within budget
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Represent the lab at conferences and other professional events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Master's degree - preferred
• 3+ years of experience in microelectronics or FA
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
