56712 - Chemical Process Development Engineer

How you’ll spend your day:

• Manual or automatic peptide/oligonucleotide synthesis.
• In-deep understanding of study results and drawing conclusion accordingly.
• Reliable documentation and writing reports
• Planning and implementing process parameters development for scale-up.
• Transfer the new process into manufacturing including accompaniment at manufacturing site.
• Develop technical aspects for new technologies starting from development and up to production stage
• Develop and maintained safety procedure to ensure safety environment in chemical labs and facilities
• Any other position that will be assigned by the superintendent for the needs of the company.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemical Engineering or related discipline required (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in organic chemistry or process engineering for chemical industry - Must
• Experience with Oligonucleotide/ Peptide upstream and downstream processes in pharmaceutical industry (advantage)
• Experience with Design of Experiments and computational tools (advantage)
• Independently work ability, which included drawing conclusion, planning, proposing solution, meeting development goals and team collaboration.
• Engineering and scale-up expertise to advance and complete chemical process into an end product (advantage)
• knowledge with engineering design of Good Manufacturing Practice in a regulated industry (advantage)
• Excellent technical skills with good orientation to new technologies and computational tools
• Fluent communication in English
