New Product Introduction Engineer

Airobotics, a world-leading supplier of fully autonomous drones for enterprise and government, is seeking a NPI engineer to join our development team and be responsible for taking the engineering efforts to production. As an NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure that new products are launched on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong overall technical skills, orientation for multidisciplinary projects, and the ability to lead and push peers and stakeholders. Experience in robotics and aviation/drones is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Set and apply the full production portfolio, including drawings and assembly documents.

• Creating, applying, and leading NPI processes while focusing on DFM and Gates.

• Tracking engineering KPIs.

• Creating new workflows for engineering to production.

• Design reviews.

• Support the manufacturing line.

• ECO\ECR process ownership

Requirements:

• B.sc in mechanical or electronics engineering

• Strong multidisciplinary and integration skills

• Full proficiency in solid works and Arena PLM

• Experience in a large organization

• Excellent English skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Motivated, driven, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with assembly jig design
• Experience with aviation products
• Experience with multiple manufacturing processes
