A startup company in the field of Algo trading, focused on developing algorithms for HFT (High-Frequency Trading) in the capital markets, currently in a growth phase. The company is structured into three departments: Algorithmics, Software and Infrastructure, and Operations.

The company is profitable, trading independently with its own funds alongside private investors. They invest solely in R&D for their trading purposes (no clients or sales department), and they are not reliant on investor funding. The team is composed of high-achieving individuals, including veterans of elite military units and graduates from prestigious universities.

Located in Tel Aviv, near the Azrieli train station, the company operates on a hybrid work model with two remote workdays. They currently have 45 employees.

About the role -

• End-to-end development and deployment of high-frequency trading algorithms consisting of:
• Creative thinking, performing research and literature review
• Conceiving innovative and novel ideas in the fields of machine learning, statistics, and signal processing
• Development and application of trading algos in a highly competitive real-time environment
• Collaboration with other researchers/developers

Requirements-

• M.Sc. degree from a university in a computational field (Physics, Mathematics, Computational Chemistry, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science) – required.
• 3 years of experience as an Algo Trading Developer – required.
• Development experience in C++ – required.
