Junior Back Office Administrator & PA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Administrator & PA (80% Capacity).

Location: Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv (Hybrid Model)

If you have a passion for organization, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and relevant experience, we want to hear from you!

• Manage schedules and appointments
• Arrange travel itineraries
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support
• Assist in the preparation of sales materials

• High proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal – a MUST!
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented
• High problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the media sector – an advantage
