Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at a large public organization in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support to our organization, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Helpdesk Support: Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• System Administration: Manage and maintain the organization's computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to resolve technical issues and procure IT equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all technical support activities, incidents, and solutions.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage IT assets and inventory.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Education: Relevant academic background, such as a degree in computer science or a recognized IT certification. Military service in a technical unit may be considered.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2012 and above.
• Knowledge of SCCM image deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot network, computer, and printer issues.
• Experience with Active Directory, including user management and group policy configuration.
• Understanding of IPVPN and subnetting.
• Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom is a plus.
