Job Description

As a buyer, you will be an essential part of the purchasing team, while cooperating closely with suppliers, senior buyers, finance, warehouses, import/export departments, and more. You will play a vital role in the supply chain by liaising with local suppliers and suppliers from abroad.

We are looking for someone special who thrives under pressure, has a keen attention to detail, and demonstrates excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, and teamwork abilities

Key areas of responsibility:

Follow up on open purchase orders and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Opening an order and sending it to the supplier until the material is received and payment is closed.

Solving problems related to warehouse invoices and deliveries.

Providing service to the relevant departments.

Independent work while prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.

Monitoring of various reports.

Working with local/abord suppliers., managing relationships efficiently, and the ability to work overtime due to time differences.

Minimum Qualifications

Required skills:

• At least two years of experience in procurement.
• Proactive approach with positive thinking, fostering growth within the team while facing new challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
• Exceptional multitasking capabilities.
• Education in supply chain management or relevant work experience - an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
