Lead System Engineer/ Physicist

Lead System Engineer for BCI Exploration at Bionaut Labs

Bionaut Labs is pushing the boundaries of brain-computer interfaces (BCI) using remote-controlled micro-robots. We're seeking a System Engineering Lead in Israel to spearhead our BCI exploration.

You'll:

·      Lead the entire system design process

·      Lead a project team of researchers and engineers

·      Integrate technical components and guide R&D

·      Collaborate with internal and external experts

·      Provide hands-on problem-solving and mentorship

Requirements:

·      Graduate degree in EE /Physics/Material Science/Biomedical Engineering/Neuroscience

·      5+ years R&D experience in brain activity sensing/neurostimulation/BCI

·      5+ years experience with remote power transfer to MEMS devices and/or remote sensing

·      5+ years as R&D team lead (3+ direct reports)

·      5+ years as lead system engineer integrating MEMS, RF, and micro-sensors

·      Medical product development experience a plus

We're looking for a creative, multidisciplinary thinker comfortable with magnetics, RF, and DSP.

You should be excited by extreme challenges and the intersection of EE and biology. This role requires a hands-on expert who likes rolling up sleeves and solving problems on their own
