The I.B.I. brokerage services unit has a vacancy for a: Trader and Customer Success Adviser to join the team on the International Trading Desk
This is a full time position, 5 days a week.
The team handles telephone and email queries from clients and provides support and service for trading on markets overseas, account transactions, placing trades through our state - of – the art trading platforms and more.
Your role will require you to maintain regular contact with desk clients and work in cooperation with other units across the IBI group.
Requirements:
· Must be educated to degree level in financial services – related field
· Experience and/or background in international trading and a demonstrable knowledge of the capital markets is an advantage
· Excellent English and Hebrew are essential
· Strong service awareness is a must
· Proficiency in MS Excel is a big advantage
