We are looking for someone to join the Bob Platform Group as a Senior Product Manager. The Platform group serves a diverse audience of users, from internal R&D teams ensuring development velocity to Bob customers, serving their needs for cross functional capabilities like search, permissions, audit and more.

What you will do :

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to requirements definition to launch
• Obtain a deep understanding of user needs, market trends and emerging technologies to define the strategic direction of Bob Platform, and build the product roadmap
• Interact with users of all types through different channels, analyzing user data in order to continuously improve and evolve the product
• Work closely with R&D to continuously evolve the platform to serve new business scenarios on a huge scale
• Create and maintain relationships with many stakeholders across Bob (senior management, marketing, sales, product, legal, security, customer success and more)

What you should have:

• 3+ years experience building products, working in collaboration with other PMs and across multiple teams
• Experience creating roadmaps for your products, prioritizing features based on user needs, business impact, and required effort
• Significant technical background, having worked closely with R&D, or as a developer
• Great analytical skills: Fluent in defining workflows, and analyzing user needs, intents and business cases, as well as translating them into great user experiences
• Advanced professional Hebrew and English - Must
• Experience in building platforms- Advantage
