Senior Marketing Designer

We are a fast-growing startup company based in Israel, specializing in developing cutting-edge software solutions for managing real estate investments. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team and take a leading role in shaping the user experience and interface of our software.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual content across multiple platforms to promote our product and brand. You will work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition, enhance user engagement, and drive growth. If you have animation skills, that’s a big plus!

What are we looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of visually engaging marketing materials, including website, digital ads, social media assets, landing pages, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Create motion graphics and animations for promotional videos, product demos, and social media content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, marketing, and sales, to align visuals with business objectives.
• Ensure that all marketing designs are aligned with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance our marketing assets.
• Manage multiple projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  
  

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proficiency in animation and motion graphics, with experience in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar. (Big Plus)
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and engaging marketing assets.
• A solid understanding of marketing principles and the ability to create designs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Experience working within a startup or tech company is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
