Senior product Designer

Moonshot is seeking a Senior Product Designer with a passion for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute designs that enhance user experiences across our product suite and creating pixel-perfect experiences for web and mobile. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity and analytical skills, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design work in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years in product design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful designs. A strong portfolio that highlights your design process, problem-solving skills, and final outcomes is essential.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping and design tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Expertise in creating, implementing, and maintaining design systems that scale effectively.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
• Proven experience working on B2C products, collaborating closely with Product Managers and R&D teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale, concepts, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field is required.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs effectively.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Pixel perfect work habits in web and mobile.
• Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistent user experiences across platforms.
