We sell to industries with large, consumer-facing businesses such as: banking, financial services, insurance, fintech, gaming, ecommerce/retail, telco / media, utilities, etc.

About The Role

Identity verification solution capable of detecting advanced account opening fraud. Scan government-issued documents and validate their authenticity. Make sure the user is the owner of the document. Implement a full customer onboarding process to easily register new users.

We are looking for a strong Group Leader passionate about technology, solving real-world problems, and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a group of software and quality engineers, tech leaders, architects and team leads, working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems - Your role is to shape and expand our teams according to growing business needs.
• Oversee SaaS production systems in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
• Make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives.
• Define and implement methodologies to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of our products.
• Manage the technical backlog and advance the product to the next level.
• Work closely with customers to understand their use cases and continually improve their experience with the product.
• Develop your team leaders personal development and drive their progress.
• Identify and manage security risks and issues, ensuring all stakeholders deliver on time and meet required security and quality standards.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with significant hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of proven management experience, including managing other managers.
• Customer facing experience with larger enterprises leading to successful POCs and ongoing relationships.
• Experience developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems.
• Understanding of SaaS products and hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and mindset of “get things done”.
• Experienced with Data Science/Research or managed Data Scientists/Researchers.
• Personal characteristics: Team player, fast learner, highly motivated, creative, value-driven, and willing to work in a demanding environment.
• Cybersecurity background is an advantage.
