Monitoring and Observability

A leading communications company in its field is looking for a control and control team member for a team of about 5 team members.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and experience of at least 2 years in control and monitoring: infrastructures / applications / user experience and implementing SHOB solutions
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the implementation and maintenance of SHOB systems such as: SCOM, NETCOOL, Grafana, CACTI
• Experience writing scripts such as PowerShell, Python, PERL
• Knowledge of technologies from the field of information systems in the aspects of Shaob (including linux / windows operating systems)
• Proven experience in leading a control and control team, excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree / ITIL certified / relevant certifications in the field.
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring protocols and integration between different SHOB systems
• Knowledge and experience in managing projects in the field of the SHOB and work processes
• Knowledge and experience with RPA processes or other automation systems characterization and implementation
