Senior Digital Product Designer (UX/UI)

We provide consumers with instant access and hassle-free insurance at the point of purchase through the digital channels they prefer.

We provide our partners access to products to sell to customers, adding new revenue streams and improving customer experience and retention.

We connect protection and insurance product providers to new customer pools at no additional cost, resulting in more insurance sales at low acquisition cost.

In this position you will…

… play a pivotal part in shaping and growing our digital products, services and B2B partnerships across our key region: the United States. If you're passionate about creating seamless, visually appealing interfaces and not shy to leverage your research capabilities to understand customer needs, map customer journeys or facilitate workshops, we'd love to have you on board!

You will be responsible for…

• Conducting user research and product testing to understand customer needs and inform design decisions of broader product teams
• Mapping customer journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Fostering the growth of our b2b partnerships, ensuring our products cater to partners’ and end-customers' needs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences for our clients
• Working daily with your design and product colleagues who are scattered around the world and contributing to culture-building within the team
• Leveraging your UI skills to produce wireframes, product concepts or high-fidelity prototypes

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Strong user research capabilities, with experience in customer journey mapping and workshop facilitation
• Experience with b2b partnerships and cross-functional collaboration; consulting experience is a big plus
• Ability to translate research insights into product and design solutions
• Excellent knowledge of UI design and its methodologies, practices and patterns including capabilities to put them to work and deliver tangible results
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent English proficiency
• Can do attitude and openness to collaborate with diverse people around the world
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating your qualities
• Other competencies, such as product testing and optimization or data analytics, are a plus
• Previous experience working with design systems, design tokens and react-based components is a plus
